All notarizations are performed in accordance with Virginia state
law and include proper identification verification, witnessing
signatures, and applying my official notarial seal.
How does mobile notary service work, and what are your service
areas?
Mobile notary service means I come directly to your location for
convenience and privacy. Here's how it works:
Primary Service Areas:
• Virginia Beach
• Norfolk
• Chesapeake
• Portsmouth
• Suffolk
Service Process:
• Call (757) 202-0502 to schedule
• Available 7 days a week
• 24-hour response time
• Evening and weekend appointments
• Same-day service often available
I bring all necessary supplies including my notarial seal,
journal, and any forms needed. Whether it's your home, office,
hospital, or attorney's office, I'll meet you at your preferred
location throughout Hampton Roads.
What identification do I need to bring for notarization?
Virginia law requires proper identification for all notarizations.
You must present a current, government-issued photo ID that
includes your signature.
Acceptable IDs:
• Valid Driver's License
• State-issued ID Card
• U.S. Passport
• Military ID
• Permanent Resident Card
ID Requirements:
• Must be current (not expired)
• Must include a photograph
• Must include your signature
• Must be government-issued
• Name must match document exactly
Important Note:
If you don't have proper ID, the notarization cannot be
completed. If your name on the ID doesn't exactly match the
name on the document, we may need additional documentation
or corrections before proceeding.
